Hello! The workshop in Évian has been great! I'm like a statue when try to move my body but love music and dance. I appointed myself in the dance workshop because I thought, "Yoga people won't be mad at me…" I'm so glad I did it! The afternoons in Évian have been a blessing – they were funny, bursting, liberating but also serious and religious – they did a lot of good to my head! Rosário

Hello Sheela, I would just like to say what a wonderful experience it was to do your workshops. I thoroughly enjoyed all the different techniques you showed us which helped develop rhythm and connect the right and left hemisphere's of the brain. These will be useful to use in schools to help with co-ordination and concentration. The Indian dancing was another incredible experience, just touching on the uniqueness and intricacy of this wonderful form of dance was so exciting and thoroughly enjoyable. Its powerful effect and energy will stay with me forever. I hope to meet with you agian Sheela and do more of this work. I believe it is very special and unique. I hope you make it to Australia, where you will be welcomed with open arms. Until we meet again, best wishes and thanks again for this experience. Nicci (Nityadrashta)

Thank you for such a wonderful time with you in Evian. I am thoroughly enjoying the cd's. The workshops were invigorating, inspiring, challenging and fun. I felt I was using every sense I possessed, and in the process discovered other senses I didnt even know I had. At times I felt so at one it was exhiliarating. Are you coming to Dublin and if so when and would you come to the Wild West. You are more than welcome. It was a joy to meet you. Lots of light and love Catriona. 8 guestbook entries |
