Moving Breath is an intense personal process in which the body
is sensitizedin a harmonious and holistic way through a combined
experience of yoga, dance and voice.
The simple functional and mechanical act of breathing becomes
transformed into a vital, dynamic and creative experience,
sharpening the consciousness of the “self” and unfolding
the energetic breath-body.
From breath movement arises,
movement becomes stillness,
silence into sound,
sound returns into movement.
“Then energy is no longer separate from the essence of
the one possessing it.
There is eternally identification of the two, like that of fire
and it’s power to burn.”
