The groundwork in the Moving Breath experience is laid by the ‘Breath
and Movement Co-ordination in Preparatory Exercises’, formerly called
Exs Preps and now rebaptized the Moving Breath Core Series.

This series awakens and stretches the body developing a dynamic sense of harmony and balancing the solar and lunar energetic currents.

A special emphasis is laid on the correct alignment of the spine and
the development of muscular tonicity without tension.

From structured techniques in which the awareness becomes keener
and more refined, one moves towards the more liberating and creative process of personal and group improvisation.
