The yoga sessions in the Moving Breath method are traditional
and yet creative.
Complementary to the more dynamic movement forms in Moving Breath are the static postures used in Yoga.
The body is deliberately slowed down and encouraged to be still
to develop awareness of the more subtle movements of the breath and the interplay of the major energetic streams.
Prana can be loosely translated as bio-energy or the life force.
Prana is inherent to all forms of existence.
It moves in the body through a network of subtle channels called ‘nadis’.
“Inner knowledge is always there,
it is simply obscured
as is the sun
on a cloudy day.”
